Bing Bing for Bartz: "show me the money"

No, there was no money involved in the Yahoo - Microsoft deal, it was about a lot more than just money. Yahoo investors must have been unhappy with the deal Carol Bartz made with Microsoft. A year earlier they could have made a lot more.

According to the Guardian they are even more unpleased with the deal Bartz did make. Ok, its not really a deal, but by selling (part) of her shares she did make lots of money this time. Two million dollars to be exact. But not for the investors, for herself.

The sales were made in March and June and were not just made by Bartz. Yahoo General Manager Mike Callahan sold 1.35$ worth of his shares last year also and board member Carl Icahn sold a big part of his shares also.

The funny thing is, if Bartz sold her stocks in June she must have been in the middle of the negotiations with Microsoft. Doesn't that count as having inside information?
