Yahoo decreases minimum bid in France

In an effort to get the French advertisers to hang on to Yahoo! the former search giant decreased the minimum bid for keywords from €0,15 to €0,10. With that the absolute maximum French advertisers have to pay for any keyword is now 10 cents. The change will have a positive effect on those working with low marges.

Since October 2008 Yahoo has been playing with their bids, trying to keep up with Google. In 2008 they changed the static bid formula to a dynamic one, based on CTR and relevance. It seems a last struggle from Yahoo to get some market share going again. If it will work however remains to be seen.

The ASUS ZenFone 6 is a steal. Buyers don't get all the fancy features of more expensive phones, but this is a great choice for those who want the benefits of having a large screen combined with low prices.
