The hunt for Yahoo - employees When Yahoo announced it would close their offices in Holland immediately there was a respons from the market. Off course there was the press and the blogosphere reporting about it, but others looked to take benefit from the closing of the offices. Dutch Internetagency DGN Publishers reacted with a smart move to try and convince the employees who now have to leave Yahoo to join their agency. They decided to set up a webpage called www.yahoonuverder.nl/. Roughly translated: yahowtogoon.nl. Find the translated page here. On the page Yahoo-employees are urged to take a job at the DGN offices in downtown Amsterdam. They were invited to join their ‘new colleagues’ for a drink last Friday. ![]() Comment |
