And finally Yahoo ads Twitter to their results

After Bing, which has a specific Twitter site, and the real time search by Google the third bigger player, Yahoo, now integrates Twitter to its search results. With that Twitter is now 'officially' integrated across all major platforms.

It was a matter of time before Yahoo would be following the other two. And earlier this week it became clear that Yahoo came close to the integration.

You won't be seeing (if you use Yahoo at all) the twitter results for every search. Yahoo will only look at the hottest topics and most popular searches and based on that they will show you the tweets or not.

Yahoo doesn't claim they are also doing realtime search. They will show results based on relevancy rather than on time.
