SEO Samba tries to combine SEO & CMS
A CMS used to be one of the biggest hurdles when it came to optimizing
a page. Though a CMS helps you get full (well, more) control over your
website it technically mostly didn't really help. You couldn't change
titles, the urls were terrible and even internal linking most of the
time was difficult.
In Holland we have companies like First Focus doing things like this, the US-based SEO Samba, with a French origin, goes the whole way. They created an "organic search marketing platform" which can work as a CMS but can also be implemented on an existing site.
