After a year of slow buth steady growth, Ask.com went throuhg another redesign where elements of the Google-, Yahoo- and Microsoft-design are integrateds.

These kind of adjustments have helped Ask.com before "so we'll have to keep an eye on whether this gives Ask.com a nice little boost".

The first notable change is the homepage. You can change the skin and create a complete new background.

In the results the dualing sidebars have gone. Only one is left on the right side. The organic results are on the left, just like Google and Yahoo's. The related results are similar to those of Microsoft.

An interesting feature is AskEraser. This focuses on those who have issues with privacy. Turn on the feature and your search activity will not be kept.
