
Twazzup: a better twitter search engineReal time search, Twitter search. We want to know what's going on NOW. Google still won't do it. We therefore install plugins in Firefox, use twittersearch or Twingly and keep on looking for real time experiences. Twazzup has got several interesting features. When performing a search you off course get the real time results out of Twitter, but not only that, you get trends, popular tweets, trendmakers, relevant photos and links. ![]() A lot of information therefore on the subject you're looking for. The popular tweets and top trendmakers are an interesting feature. When this is picked up mainstream it will be a definite 'target area' for those looking to get more followers. After all, if you are a "Top trendmaker" on a specific subject you are bound to get a lot of new followers. Twazzup really has potential. The features are really usefull, because they help the searcher find more information than just tweets. It just has to 'hit' mainstream. Interesting to see all these alternative twitter search engines come up. I wonder if twazzup has it's own index or just uses the twitter API.
