
French are connecting online The French Internet users are mostly active using Instant Messaging. 35 million users in February 2009 were messaging each other. This is a growth of 19 percent compared to last year. In total the French spent 932 million hours online which is an average of 27 hours per person. 14,3 percent of that time is spent on instant messaging.
