The social networking site is growing in every European country, with the UK as example for all the others. Facebook leads the way with a distance. It accounts for 14,5% market share of all UK visits. Second biggest site Google UK follows with 5,8% just before eBay UK (5,5%). ![]() Hitwise also shows the immense growth Facebook has been making over the past year. Since September 2008 Facebook grew 86,1% and doubled in visits over that same period. ![]() The numbers show the power of Facebook.
