
Bing down in the US, stable in Europe Search engine Bing has been growing ever since Microsoft changed the name from Live Search to Bing. Especially in the US Bing was taking away market share from Google. In Europe the rise wasn't all that fast. In the US statcounter calculated that for the first time since its launch the rise has stopped. Bing's share of the US search market in September fell by over one percentage point to 8.51% from 9.64% in August. ![]() The small changes we do see is a small decline for Google which dropped 0,3%, and a small rise for Yahoo (0,13%) and Seznam (0,11%) where Yandex and Bing stayed the same. Worldwide Bing declined slightly (to 3.25% from 3.58%), Yahoo! dropped to 4.37% from 4.84% and Google rose to 90.54%. CommentRelated tweets
