Well, it's not that Thomas or Gimahhot were fined to pay 40K. Michaela Schaffrath a.k.a Gina Wild sued them to pay 40K. Unfortunately the court of Hamburg is known for it's anti-internet decisions.
By the way: great comment of Thomas "we got an offer of Dolly Buster. She would do this joke for 1500 Euro" :)
