Ralph is well known for being on of the first who was using methods like cloaking. Therefore he was regarded by some as being one of the 'black hat masters' of search.

In the show Ralph talked with Bas and Roy about what is regarded black hat and what not. Most of the time though Ralph explained the way he and his company are now talking about content creation.

At Fantomaster.com and they are working on content creation models which allow articles to made from keyword partly by using automated tools and partly using native speakers. Ralph explained the way they work.
