Google Local Business hijjacking

Lisa ran into some hijjacking issues this week. Their ad was hijacked and the web address was changed. She tells us how she fixed it and now we have to wait for Google to prevent it the next time.

3rd part:

Google doesn't like local SEO?
Google decided to not show a local pack for queries that are related to SEO or web design and include a local qualifier. Is that something which makes sense?
