Performics goes global: soon in a market near you

US-based performance marketing services and SEM solutions provider Performics is going global. The performance marketing agency unit of ZenithOptimedia (Publicis Groupe), announced yesterday that through a global extension across 14 major markets it will become the most comprehensive search and performance marketing agency worldwide. This probably shouldn’t be too much of a surprise when you consider the potential revenue out there.

According to ZenithOptimedia’s Advertising Expenditure Forecasts released in December 2010, global paid search advertising expenditures are expected to grow by more than $15 billion USD within the next three years.

Total paid search spending in 2010 was more than $30.5 billion USD, which is predicted to exceed $46 billion USD by 2013.

Recently, MarketingSherpa found that inbound marketing in general is growing significantly among B2B marketers. This includes  search engine marketing, social and content marketing.

In general, all reports show investments for inbound and SEM are growing across all verticals and industries.

Those are pretty good incentives to expand your service reach so you can take advantage of that projected revenue and the market evolutions.

Performics’ core offering, “OneSearch,” provides integrated search to help clients ensure optimal marketing investment. The agnostic approach pairs third-party platforms, such as DoubleClick Search, Marin, Kenshoo and others, with proprietary technology, including BenchTools, Performance Marketing Dashboard and Click2Sales, to deliver best in class solutions.

Target: operations in 72 countries

Andras Vigh will assume a new role as Managing Director Worldwide, responsible for overall operations at Performics. Vigh currently serves as regional CEO for CEE, Middle East and Nordics for ZenithOptimedia.

“Our performance specialists around the world are recognized thought leaders and experts in PPC Search Engine Marketing, SEO, Display Advertising Social Media Marketing, Mobile, Conversion Optimization and Affiliate Marketing,” said Vigh. “Performics’ consistent global offerings will enable our clients to make smarter decisions about their digital spend and, ultimately, increase ROI.”

Performics’ global headquarters is based in Chicago while London, Paris and Singapore serve as international hubs.

The company’s international roll-out includes Australia, Canada, China, Germany, India, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Russia, and Spain.

And that’s just the beginning: the company aims to be present in all countries where ZenithOptimedia is active.

That’s a total of…72 countries. The tagline “Performance never rests” could be “Performics never rests” as well.

Expect some changes in your local markets soon.
