US-based performance marketing services and SEM solutions provider Performics is going global. The performance marketing agency unit of ZenithOptimedia (Publicis Groupe), announced yesterday that through a global extension across 14 major markets it will become the most comprehensive search and performance marketing agency worldwide. This probably shouldn’t be too much of a surprise when you consider the potential revenue out there.
According to ZenithOptimedia’s Advertising Expenditure Forecasts released in December 2010, global paid search advertising expenditures are expected to grow by more than $15 billion USD within the next three years.
Total paid search spending in 2010 was more than $30.5 billion USD, which is predicted to exceed $46 billion USD by 2013.
Recently, MarketingSherpa found that inbound marketing in general is growing significantly among B2B marketers. This includes search engine marketing, social and content marketing.
In general, all reports show investments for inbound and SEM are growing across all verticals and industries.
Those are pretty good incentives to expand your service reach so you can take advantage of that projected revenue and the market evolutions.

Andras Vigh will assume a new role as Managing Director Worldwide, responsible for overall operations at Performics. Vigh currently serves as regional CEO for CEE, Middle East and Nordics for ZenithOptimedia.
