Google VP says 'my iPhone' at G1 press conference

It was quit the embarrassing moment for Philipp Schindler, vice president of Google Germany. He was having his moment of fame when he made the mistake you only make in your nightmares.

When talking about how great all the Google applications were working on his phone he accidentally called his phone the iPhone instead of the Android G1... His fellow stage members Peter Chou (HTC) and Christopher Schläffer (T-Mobile) could only feel sorry for him (see picture below).

Schindler made the mistake (and corrected it quickly) at the press conference Google, HTC and T-Mobile held in Hamburg yesterday. At the press conference the new Android phone was announced in Europe. This month the phone will be on sale in Netherlands, Poland, Cech and Germany.
