Nokia is feeling the 'pain' of the big companies heading into their fields. The Scandinavian company was market leader for a long time but has been challenged by companies like Apple and Google. This service in Ovi Maps asks users to add points of interest to the map. Based on location-based services users can then find interesting hotspots near where they are.
