Steve Ballmer: approval of deal is crucial for innovation

First of all he believes that in the past five years there has not been much innovation in search and that the next 10 years will be more interesting in that area. He also talked about the Microsoft-Yahoo deal. He believes that if there will be government approval they can be competitive, otherwise the innovation will not go forward.
