De Dagen 2012: continued
As my fellow blogger Vitto Christaldi mentioned in his article earlier, De Marketing Dagen is an exciting marketing event in Utrecht, Netherlands, which I was happy to attend with my colleague Kelly Ge. Divided into three sections dedicated to marketing, customer contact and e-commerce, this two-day fair gives a good impression of what’s happening in the business world this very moment.
Among bright stands and impressive presentations, we saw quite a lot of companies offering solutions for managing relationships with clients. Trinicom, for example, is a system which combines all customer communications in one contact database. ![]()
We also saw curious things such as an inflatable igloo (one of the inflatable solutions by a company called Publi-Air) and a chocotelegram – yes, a telegram made of chocolate. And for some reason, there were a few companies which helped students look for jobs (I guess, targeting students who visited the event).
And of course, there were all kinds of businesses related to online marketing and e-commerce. For example, TraceBuzz and BrandReact offer monitoring and analysis of all the mentions of your company and brand in social media. ![]() Overall, we had some fun, talked to lots of interesting people and took some nice pictures. Later today Kelly will share with you her own impressions from the event. Comment |
