AdWords-Favicons available for a bigger audience?

Already in the last few days Google tested favicons in AdWords ads for a small audience, amongst others in Germany. I just read about it but I wasn't able to see them. Since a few hours I do and I suppose that it's in cause of todays AdWords system maintenance. It's still a test and not a full rollout of the feature. So far the favicons are not visible to all Google users in Germany, but maybe the audience is getting bigger?
