Find exact image sizes with Image Search

A couple of weeks ago Google added features to Google Images that help you look for different types and sizes of images. Filtering can be done on the advanced page or in the dropdown supplied in Google Image Search.

Image Search has got four image sizes you can choose from: small, medium, large and extra large. Still the searches then give back different image sizes. If you are looking for a specific image size though the dropdown won't help you.

Now Google has wouldn't be Google if there wasn't a work around. And it's an easy one. If you type in the exact image size you're looking for only images with that size will be returned.
