
Google Zeitgeist 2008 As every year, Google gives us a glimp of the "Zeitgeist", that what people are looking for in Google. “Zeitgeist” means “the spirit of the times” and Google uses aggregated search queries to determine the top trends, fads and memes of the year. This year Google has looked beyond the boundries. Over 30 countries are aggregated in this years Zeitgeist. Therefore you can look at more than just the trends in the English language. For each country there are several categories.
