Introducing myself to the community: Gabriel from SemetisFollowing a couple of discussions with the publisher Jean-Paul De Clerck, I have decided to join the growing international community of Search Cowboys and exchange with you in the coming weeks and months ideas and opinions related to Search Marketing (like in the picture sharing my Google Analytics experience in a conference this week in Sicily). Let me first start by introducing myself.  I am quite known in the Belgian search agency market because I was agency manager and member of Google Belgium Management Team from 2007 to 2009. After that I set-up together with my colleague Nicolas Debray the specialised Search & Web Analytics agency, Semetis. We also co-organise the Search University which took place 28 May 2010 in Brussels and welcomed 4 speakers from Google, amongst others, Matt Cutts. I like to exchange opinions and share them with a professional community. Together with my colleagues at Semetis, we try to publish articles related to the Search industry and profession and publish it on the publication section of Semetis website. A little bit more about me? I am belgian, originally from Antwerp but living now in Brussels. I am quite international because I have already lived in a couple of different countries. I graduated from the University of Edinburgh (Scotland) a bit less than 10 years ago. I also speak a couple of languages such as English, Dutch, French, German and Hebrew.
