Turkish government wants 32 million euros from Google

According to TechChrunch the Turkish government is fining Google for no less than 32 million euros. Google is said to have been dodging the national tax system.
The Turkish government believes it can make the claim because Google is making money in Turkey with online advertising. Google has offices in Turkey but bills and payments come from Google Ireland.
Turkey believes that Google has to pay for revenue generated in Turkey and has audited Google.
Google (off course) doesn't agree with the Turks. They claim they run their business from Ireland and therefore have to pay taxes in Ireland. Google says its acting in accordance with the tax laws of every country in which it operates.
TechCrunch checked the information with a Turkish lawyer who says the claim is valid. Google really has a company in Turkey called Google Reklamcılık ve Pazarlama Ltd. Şti. With that they are obliged to pay taxes.
