Google looking for Yahoo employeesAt first sight you think "what?" then when you think about it, it makes sense. But the way Google is now trying to get new employees is to say the least a bit remarkable. On his personal blog Matt Cutts openly addressed Yahoo-engineers telling them Google is hiring. The hint couldn't be any less subtle.  Cutts is very straight forward about it: "So I’ll keep this post short and sweet: if you’re an excellent Yahoo engineer with solid experience in search, Google is hiring. If you want to apply for a Software Engineer (SWE) position in Mountain View, use this job page and the application will make it to the right recruiters. Thanks!" The fact that Google addresses the Yahoo engineers this directly is noticable, but then again, why not? Yahoo engineers will probably be unsure about their future now Bing and Yahoo have joined forces. It's just the directness of Cutts...
