De Marketing Dagen 2012: Update

De Marketing Dagen is the biggest event in our field, and of course, SearchCowboys will not miss it! As you may have read in the previous articles, both Vitto and Tamara gave us fresh reports with interesting pictures. As mentioned before, I will also share my impression here with you.

I got an impression of the technology innovation in the field of massive personalized offering, integrated data analysis, real-time product feedback, etc. The products company showed on site fit the theme of the event, and put “marketing, customer contact, and e-commerce” together, emphasizing customer/prospect management.

There are many providers on conversion marketing and interactive solutions for CRM. They use technology to engage customers in dialogue and give measurable results. During the exhibition, I continuously saw all kinds of platforms. They followed these new trends, gave solutions for customer interactions management and optimize cross-channel communication, central for the hope of delivering top performance to customers.

A large percentage of the companies on site are the CRM support providers, and all said that the platform is fully integrated for all related departments and can analysis data from all search and social media channels. Some even emphasized that the platform they delivered is a single platform that can cover all the procedures, from the initial contact to the moment of purchase.

There are also companies providing offline marketing services on the exhibition, which is also interesting to take a look.
