What do you need to search for?
Lot of information can be found on Bing itself (http://help.live.com/help.aspx?mkt=en-us&project=wl_webmasters). More information can be found on the bing webmaster blog or on SEO websites and forums like searchcowboys, searchengineland.com, seochat, seomoz, and many others.
